Shenzhen Guantai Rubber Co., Ltd. with its corporate headquarters located in Shenzhen, China, and its wholly own factories located in Shenzhen and Dongguan, is a fully integrated ODM and OEM manufacturer that delivers complete product development and production services to our business partners around the world; most of our customers are the market leader in their respective industry. Since its inception in 2006 our Factory is well proven for our excellence in product development of technically complicated products, precise production tool manufacturing, and quality production process control.

Our two factories have a combined production area exceeding 10,000 sqm. There is a blueprint for a third factory with a planned production area of 30,000 sqm. The first factory focuses on precision automobile parts and consumer electronics manufacture; and the second factory focuses on medical and pharmaceutical products with production in a strict cleanroom environment. Our inhouse toolmaking Department, Industrial Design Department and R&D Department are staffed with high caliber and experienced product design and production engineers from a full spectrum of engineering disciplines.

Our Factory has rich experience in secondary manufacturing processes like Overmolding, In-mold Fitting, Pad Printing, Laser Engraving and Cleanroom Assembly and Packing Facility which broaden the possible scope of innovative and creative design, and versatility of function, performance, application and packaging.
