product description

This product is used for the in vitro qualitative detection of Microsatellite Instability (MSI) status in neutral formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) colorectal cancer tissues for the adjuvant diagnosis of hereditary non-polyposis colorectal cancer (HNPCC) and for the concomitant diagnosis of PD-1/PD-L1 immunosuppressive drugs.
This kit uses multiplex fluorescence PCR-capillary electrophoresis to qualitatively detect microsatellite instability in human cancer tissue samples and their paired normal control samples (paracancerous normal tissue samples or blood samples). The kit mainly involves nine microsatellite sites, BAT25, BAT26, BAT52, BAT56, BAT59, BAT60, MONO27, NR21, NR24.
