The countdown has begun! Hospitalar, the largest health event in Latin America, is coming in full force and promises to be the most innovative edition of all. From May 20 to 23, São Paulo Expo will be the meeting point for health professionals.

Promoted by Informa Markets Latam, the event will bring together more than 1,200 exhibiting brands and attract visitors from 80 countries, offering a robust agenda with 270 hours of specialized content, which address essential topics for the sector.

The scientific program of Hospitalar 2025 is more robust than ever, with eight major congresses that will address the hottest topics of today:

You'll be able to explore digital transformation trends at the Future Digital Health International Congress (FDHIC), discuss public policy and health innovation at the International Health Services Congress (CISS), dive into infrastructure and engineering at the Infrastructure Congress (CDI), and understand how logistics, hospitality, rehabilitation, and respiratory care are being reinvented at congresses such as the Supply Chain Congress (CSC), Hospitality & Facilities (H&F) Congress, Rehabilitation Congress and Respiratory Care Symposium.

In the midst of the rush of the fair, Plaza Hospitalar will be your mandatory stop. Located on L-20 street, the space gains even more prominence this year, as it integrates the traditional content arenas — Clinical Engineering Arena and HUB Arena and the new HIS + Sustainability and Innovation ABSS arenas — facilitating access to lectures and presentations without participants having to travel to other points of the fair.

Aimed at professionals in the area of management and maintenance of medical equipment and hospital infrastructure, the Clinical Engineering Arena will be an exclusive space to discuss the innovations and challenges of technology in health environments.

Curated by the Brazilian Association of Clinical Engineering (Abeclin) and the Albert Einstein Institute of Education and Research, the program will promote debates on the evolution of technologies and their impact on the health market.

Complementing the online platform, Hospitalar Hub is present once again in this edition with the HUB Hospital Arena, a space dedicated to the exchange of knowledge and experiences, which provides networking opportunities between professionals in the sector.

With the confirmed participation of the Union of Hospitals, Clinics and Laboratories of the State of São Paulo (SindHosp), the Brazilian College of Health Executives (CBEXS), the Brazilian Association for the Development of Hospital Buildings (ABDEH) and the National Meeting of Home Care Services (Enconsad), the arena consolidates itself as a meeting point to discuss trends, share insights and promote innovations that strengthen health management.

At Plaza Hospitalar, visitors will also find the HIS Arena, which will offer a warm-up for the Healthcare Innovation Show (HIS), an event promoted by Informa Markets LATAM, which takes place on October 1 and 2, at São Paulo Expo.

This year, the discussions revolve around topics related to sustainability in the health sector. For four days, executives from large institutions will share reflections on sustainable practices, compliance, technology and governance.

In addition to the technical discussions, the Sustainability Arena will open a space for diversity, with female panels on executive leadership and the impact of participatory management on strategic decision-making.

On the first of Hospitalar, May 20, the content programming will be conducted by the Brazilian Society of Health Informatics (SBIS), with a focus on digital transformation, interoperability and health data management. On May 22, discussions on sustainability in the sector will be curated by São Camilo, bringing reflections and good practices aimed at the responsible future of health.
